About me

I'm Sophia and I'm a somatic sexology practitioner and sexological bodyworker.

My mission is to inform, educate and guide people in and into experiences which integrates and enriches their embodiment and their intimate and sexual life.

I believe in maturing and enriching myself day to day, making meaningful connections and base my studies and supporting of others on these authentic experiences. Intimacy and conscious relating are not cold materials but Humanities which weave through various topics and areas of life. I aim to support my clients with my 7 years long professional and even longer personal experiences.

Someone 'graduates' the somatic school when they get into the shower and take a few deep breathes and turn their mind to feel the water on their skin purely because it gives them joy. Someone graduates the eroticaly embodied school when they consciously take back before something gets too much, and fluidly know their ways to guide themselves more intensity if they desire. When someone stops noticing some situations which were obstacles before. When someone knows and communicates their desires, and if not, they just get attuned and follow it.
